J.L. Becker Company recently shipped a 2000ºF direct gas fired furnace rated for a 15,000 lb load to a large Michigan based commercial heat treater.

The furnace features cast alloy I beam load supports, upper and lower zone direct gas fired recouperated burners and high temperature
ceramic fiber insulating modules.
The working envelope is 100 inches wide by 60 inches deep by 60 inches high and is designed for a wide range of operating
temperatures, with an approximate uniformity of +/- 25 degrees F.
