The 36 inch wide mesh belt line, with three zones of control, will produce 1,000#s per hour, additional equipment includes a gas heated salt quench tank, heated wash, cold rinse, and a rust inhibit tank.

In addition, a heated holding tank was supplied for liquid salt storage when required and a 750 CFH endothermic gas generator. The furnace line and carbon control system will be controlled via an Allen Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC logic control system in conjunction with the J. L. Becker Co. computerized management system to monitor and control functions of the furnace line, process recipes, set points, and alarm conditions, etc.
