(Click to Enlarge) The dual chamber washer is fabricated from mild steel plates welded liquid tight and reinforced with structural steel members. An access door is provided in the tank for clean out and maintenance.
The workload (on a tray) is driven into/out of the washer by a rear handler mechanism mounted to the rear chamber back wall. Each chamber has an elevator to hold the workload; the elevator is to dunk and agitate the load, and is operated by a direct driven pneumatic cylinder and double solenoid valve. The rinse spray system consists of a suction style pump and TEFC motor, steel pipe supply header with spray nozzles, gate type throttling control valve, pressure gage and two removable filter screens. The washer will also include an overflow tank, which will effectively remove oil and dirt prior to and following heat-treating operations. For more information Click here to contact us now.
